The interior of our cages are constructed with a heavy gauge steel plate, and carefully constructed at our own facility. Each piece is delicately rounded over and buffed. All parts are then checked to ensure that there are no rough or sharp edges that could be harmful to your pet. All the steel bars, cold rolled and 304 medical grade stainless steel, are also welded in-house. We insist on using only state of the art welders so we can deliver one of the strongest welds available. All of our cages are constructed to withstand the day to day behaviors of even the strongest of birds. We back this up with our LIFETIME WARRANTY on wood chewing and broken welds. 98% of each cage is built in our own facility. The only two things that we don't do in house are making the legs and powder coating the steel. We have recently redesigned our beautifully handcrafted cages to be the safest, cleanest, and easiest to maintain birdcages we have ever offered. All manufactured products evolve over years and this is the culmination of over 30 years of experience. This is, by far, the best design we have seen and offered. We guarantee it!

Your birds should always be kept a safe distance from the clean out pans, that is why our new designs have a slide-out, 304 medical grade stainless steel grate, "standard", which sits an average of 6" above the clean out pans. These grates are also bird-proof. Your birds, no matter how large, cannot lift or move these grates, getting themselves trapped or pinched. Our grates are made from the same 3/16" rods that are used on the rest of the cage. This design is by far the easiest to clean, because it allows droppings to fall through instead of getting trapped on top, as they would on the little squares in a rolled wire type cage. Our grates and pans also cover the entire bottom of the cage. This is not just for your convenience; it is also for the health of your bird. No bird owner wants their bird walking around in his own mess and spoiled food. That would be very unhealthy for your beloved pet. We want our customers to enjoy their pets without worrying about the mess!

Our specially designed dust guards also serve as a safety measure. They not only stop the mess from coming out of the cage, they also keep the drafts off of your birds, one of the main causes of illness. They are surprisingly easy to clean, just wipe one side down, flip it around right on the cage and clean the other side. There is no need to get inside the cage and work around the perches and toys to clean the glass. These guards are definately a lifesaver!
